GEMA Technik works in the field of processing thermoplastic materials and manufacturing all types of technical products, particularly moulds and components for industrial applications. We have been synonymous with quality and precision in the plastics processing industry for more than 53 years. Our staff members, who have been working with the company for many years and have grown with it, have the knowledge and skills to implement our customers’ ideas effectively.

1969
FOUNDING On 6 August 1969, the first parts were injection moulded at the first headquarters at Kirchenstraße 1, 85567 Grafing near Munich. 1971 Relocation to the 2nd headquarters in Pausmühle (a small hamlet between Grafing and Hohenthann). 1978 Relocation to the 3rd site: Ghersburgstr. 4, in Bad Aibling. 1980 Gerd Majoran, the company’s founder, is constantly reconstructing and enlarging the company site on his own. 1989 First appearance with the company’s own booth at Hannover Messe, the world’s largest trade fair for industrial technology at that time. 1995 The structural extensions that have been continuing at the Bad Aibling site since 1983 are completed. 1998 The branch at Hauptstraße 54a, 83075 Au near Bad Feilnbach is established. 2004 The exhibition area expands and, due to the new design of our own booth, appearances at trade fairs become more and more important. 2009 The new headquarters in Bruckmühl, uniting the Bad Aibling and Au sites in one building! 2013 Completion of the first enlargement stage, with some 7,400 square meters now at our disposal. 2016 Johann Haupt leaves the company as managing shareholder.

Andreas Briechle joins the company as managing shareholder. 2019 We celebrate the 50th anniversary of our company. 2021 TÜV-Certificate
